With approximately 20 years of experience in administrative, operations, and finance for small businesses and non-profits, with an educational background in social sciences and Native American studies, Madeline Rider brings a unique vision to organizational design and development. Her approach is deeply informed by her cultural and community connections.

While working primarily independently, Madeline has a diverse network of talented project managers and administrators she collaborates with when the work requires it.
